3. No Medical or Health Claims
Nothing on this site is medical advice. No product is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Product information is limited to molecular and handling characteristics.
4. Prohibited Uses
- Using, or reselling for use, any product in or on humans or animals.
- Reselling products as drugs, supplements, foods, or cosmetics.
- Misrepresenting the intended use of any product to us, to a shipper, or to a payment processor.
- Any use that violates federal, state, or local law.
5. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we believe the intended use is not lawful research. Bulk pricing, where offered, is applied automatically at checkout.
6. Shipping
We ship to qualified research customers where lawful. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for ensuring that receipt and possession of the products is lawful in your jurisdiction.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns are handled under our Refund and Returns Policy. Because these are research materials, opened vials cannot be returned except in the case of a verified defect or shipping error.
8. Assumption of Risk
You assume all risk and liability associated with the receipt, handling, storage, and use of the products once they leave our facility. You agree to follow good laboratory practice and all applicable safety regulations.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Colossus Bio Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of any product. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Colossus Bio Labs and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or your handling or use of any product.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
