These products are research materials, so returns are limited. Please read this policy before ordering.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@colossusbiolabs.com with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or issue a refund once verified.
Certificate of Analysis Discrepancies
If independent testing shows a batch does not match its certificate of analysis, contact us with your results. Verified discrepancies are eligible for replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and integrity reasons, opened or reconstituted vials cannot be returned. Unopened items in original packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days, subject to inspection and a possible restocking fee.
How to Request
Email orders@colossusbiolabs.com with your order number and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
